If you call or text the shop number, we will have your phone number and whatever you tell us, such as your name and the service you want. That information is used to book and provide your appointment, and for nothing else.
3. Information Collected Automatically
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which is normal for any website. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, and the time you requested it. They are used to keep the site online and secure.
4. Third Parties on This Page
Two services load content into this website, and each one can see your IP address and basic browser information when it does:
- Google Maps supplies the embedded map on the Visit section.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the page.
Their handling of that information is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not this one.
5. Booking Through Booksy
Appointments are booked through Booksy, which is a separate company operating its own website and app. When you click a booking link you leave this site.
Anything you enter on Booksy, including your name, contact details, appointment history, and any card details for their cancellation policy, is collected and stored by Booksy under Booksy's own privacy policy and terms. We see only the booking information Booksy shows us as the business. We never see full card numbers.
6. Instagram and Outside Links
Links to Instagram, Booksy, and Google Maps take you to websites we do not operate or control. Once you are there, their policies apply, not this one.
7. How Long We Keep Information
Appointment records live in Booksy for as long as the account is active. Phone messages and texts are kept only as long as they are useful for scheduling, then deleted.
8. Your Choices
You can visit this website without giving us anything at all. If you have booked with us and want your appointment information removed, call the shop and ask, or contact Booksy directly about data held in their system. If you do not want Google to receive information from the embedded map, you can avoid loading that section or use a browser that blocks third-party embeds.
9. Children
We cut children's hair, and we are glad to. This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them. Appointments for minors should be booked by a parent or guardian.
10. Security
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No website can promise perfect security, but because this one collects nothing, there is very little here to expose.
